I always say that you should keep up with the latest in your field. I registered rather late for this event, but it was due to a variety of personal and professional things going on in my life. The Association for Talent Development is probably the leader in the learning field. The conference, which will take place in Washington, DC, covers every topic imaginable for the learning professional.
