Earlier this year, the Association for Talent Development (ATD) put out a series of New Year's Resolutions for trainers. If you aren't doing these already, you really should make every effort to make these part of your everyday training routine. These are really no=brainers.
I will arrive early for all my events.
I will insure the presentation room is clean, neat, and orderly and creates an inviting place to learn.
I will verify that all participants are able to see the screen and any other important visuals.
I will be fully set up before participants begin to arrive.
