I had the honor of speaking at the Greater Washington DC Chapter of Association of Records Managers and Administrators (GWDC ARMA) on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2019. The topic (Training for the RIM Professional: Learn! Perform! Succeed!) covered the basics of setting up a training program.
Even though the group was small, they asked great questions and were very welcoming.
What made this talk even more important to me, was that I was Chapter President at GWDC ARMA approximately 25 years ago. It was nice to catch up with Tony Donaldson and the other members of the Chapter.
