Recently, as I was returning from the beach, I stopped at a Café Tamburelli’s in Greenwood, DE to pick up pizza to bring home. As I sat and waited, saw a pile of magazines. Instead of finding People or House Beautiful, I found one entitled: Pizza Today.
To be honest, I really did not think that there was a magazine/trade association for pizza makers. I was wrong.
The magazine covered “cutting-edge” pizza makers, a review of the convention in Atlantic City, product reviews, tour of the best NYC pizzerias, etc. Who knew?
You never know when and where, you will learn something new, even at a pizzeria in Greenwood, DE.
BTW: The pizza was very good!
