Since 2019, Joseph works with firms to identify and deliver appropriate learning solutions, based on their business goals and objectives.  However, let's a bit of a deeper dive into his background:

Senior Information Officer at The World Bank in Washington DC (2003 to 2019)

  • Managed the the IT Learning Team, which was responsible for the analysis, design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of both off-the-shelf and proprietary applications – especially during roll-outs.

  • Provided learning leadership for Windows and MS Office roll-outs, including Outlook, as well as many other applications.

  • Additional responsibilities: 

    • Learning Board Member (Full and Alternate)

    • Team Lead - Global Support Center SAP Desk (2000 – 2007)

    • Oversight of the Bank’s online learning program/contract

    • Conducted training at twenty-two country offices.

  • Received numerous Performance Awards

  • Assisted with the SAP implementation and the Bank’s Imaging Project.

  • Project Manager for the File Improvement Program.

  • Designed, developed, and facilitated various Records and Information (RIM) workshops.

Coordinator of Training at the Municipal Records Management Division - New York City Department of Records and Information Services (1989 to 1991)

  • Responsible for the training of all Records and Information Management personnel in NYC government.

    • Liaison with the NYC Department of Personnel Training Program.
